Orientation
Our office is located two blocks north of North Avenue, one block north of Whole Foods and across the street from Maryland Avenue School and the Citgo station. Farwell is a one-way street heading south. Here are some directions:
From UWM . . . Take Maryland Avenue south until it turns into Farwell Avenue.
From Lincoln Memorial Drive . . . . Take Water Tower Road to North Avenue. Turn right on Prospect and veer left on Maryland.
From I-43 . . . Take the North Avenue exit east. Turn left on Prospect and veer left on Maryland.
From north . . . Take Lake Drive to North Avenue. Turn right on North, right on Prospect and veer left on Maryland.
Parking
There is plentiful meter parking on the east and west side of Farwell Avenue. On Greenwich, you may park free. Just west of our building there is a parking slab where you can also park . . . just pull up as far as you can to accommodate other cars. You could also park in the Whole Foods lot or the US Bank lot and walk a half a block north to our office.

Our facility
Here are a few features of our facility.
- Second floor, "tree-top level" location so the view is almost pastoral
- Private entrance/lobby off of Greenwich with an elevator
- Convenient on-site parking and plentiful metered street parking
- Ergonomic operatories (the treatment rooms) which face east so the light is optimal for cosmetic dentistry
- A light-filled reception area with comfortable seating areas, a children's area with a Lego table and TV and an internet station for your use
- State-of-the art laboratory and sterilization areas
- A "green" HVAC system which nicely controls air flow and temperature
Some history . . . Two houses (in really bad shape) were demolished to erect the two-story 6,400 square foot building. Construction took under a year and came in on time and on budget. We opened our office on the second floor August 2008. Tenant first floor space is 2,600 square feet that can be subdivided. Building designer: David Lang, HGA. Dental space designer: S.J. Barrett & Co. Contractor: Dahlman Construction. Financing: Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation and M&I. Building owner: Keller Investments (Lora Keller, our CEO). Major exterior materials used: Concrete and IPE wood siding.
