Guitars and drums with teeth

It's summer and our neighborhood is awash in music. And we are thrilled to be sponsoring some of it . . . the Patio Pops at the Milwaukee Catholic Home and the music stage at the East Side Green Market.

Stop in at 7:30 p.m. every other Wednesday to the Milwaukee Catholic Home's Patio Pops series. You'll hear the best of Paul Cebar, RiRa Irish Band, Seamus Kennedy and more. To serve you better, we have been out and about in the community learning. In the past few months, we visited . . .

• Neroli Day spa to learn about exceptional customer service. We toured the Bayshore facility, listened to the general manager speak about Neroli's philosophy and partook of some delightful spa services.
• GE Healthcare in Waukesha to see lean manufacturing in action. We are constantly trying to increase our quality of service while increasing efficiency and lean process management is one way we do that.
• Kataoka Dental Lab to see how they fabricate crowns.
• The Wisconsin Dental Association conference to study bonding, customer service, oral cancer, gum therapies and implant technology.
• Marquette University Dental School for seminars on gum therapies and infection control, New York for a seminar on root canal therapies and many local venues on a variety of clinically-related topics.

Staying in Touch

Whether you walk past our entrance or relax in our reception area, you'll find news and a bit of fun. On our first floor lobby sign, you'll find photos of events we sponsor, poems, and sometimes a little inspiration. The sign changes weekly. In our reception area, look for our "welcome" digital photo frame and photo album/scrapbook that features event photos and explanations of some of our services. A major website update is coming soon!

Here's how the program works: Refer someone new to us and we will thank you by entering your name in our monthly drawing. There are usually between 10-15 people in the drawing so your chances are pretty good. The first person who enters the practice at the beginning of each month randomly chooses the winner.
