What's new

FacebookFacebook frontier

After reading The Thank You Economy by Gary Vaynerchuk, we realized that social media was an important way to connect with people. So first up is learning how to connect with you through Facebook. You'll see the Facebook icon on our website so you can just click it to see how we are doing, to watch for special promotions and to "like us." Next frontier for us . . .  Twitter!

A little relaxationA little relaxation . . .

Just in . . . warm wraps to smooth the kinks out of your neck, shoulders and back while we take care of your teeth. Also new . . . knee bolsters to take the pressure off your back while you are lying down.

Continuing education . . .
BowlingContinuing education special needs and bowling

To learn how to better care for folks with special needs, we brought in Emily Loy, an occupational therapist. She showed us how to transfer people from wheelchairs and how to make tooth brushing easier for at-home care.

After Mike taught us more about TMJ issues, we went bowling in sundresses and then enjoyed a spa afternoon at Neroli.

Little Monsters"Little Monsters" moved in

Look for the tee-pee in the window on our first floor and stop in to say hi to Andie Zacher, our new first floor tenant. Her store is a wonderland of cool things for those 0-10 year olds in your life. And she has old-fashioned candy!

Neighborhood news . . . Patio Pops, Eastside Market and M Boutique

Patio Pops (sponsored in part by DeWan Dental Wellness) at the Milwaukee Catholic Home (MCH) concluded their summer season with a concert by MCH's choir and Carole Wehner and Friends.

The Eastside Market is awash in fresh produce and bargain flowers. Two dollars for a bunch of sunflowers! The market officially opens at 10 a.m. in the Beans & Barley parking lot but we've arrived at 9 a.m. and many vendors are open for business. DeWan Dental Wellness-sponsored music starts at 10 a.m.!

Project M is Milwaukee's home of emerging Midwest fashion designers which just moved from Center St. to 1726 E. North Ave. They carry handmade women's and men's clothing, jewelry and accessories. They also feature vintage pieces and design/production classes.
