Celebrations
We love celebrations and we love surprising you!
To welcome winter, we celebrated "Dickie Day - 2010" and gave away Dickies (a false shirt front), peace sign necklaces and one-size gloves. Of course food was part of the equation, too!
At a spring celebration, we gave all of our visitors a plant. Kites flew from the ceiling and refreshments soothed that spring hunger.
When the first floor was not rented, we thought we would make it useful and lively. First year MIAD students prepared an exhibition for Gallery Night. Very fun!
We sponsored music at the Milwaukee Catholic Home and the East Side Green Market.
